Jennifer Lee Fails, owner and president of Baby Brella, is a stay-at-home mom. She has three boys ages
seven, six and 15 months, and like all moms, she has errands to run. . .no matter what the weather.
In March of 2003, Houston, Texas has a full week of rain and thunderstorms. Like most moms, she threw a
blanket over the baby, but both blanket and baby got soaked.
Jennifer and husband Dominic, who have both been in sales and marketing for years came up with the simple
idea of making a Throw and Go product to cover the infant carrier.
The question comes in finding fabrics that are both water and snow resistant yet highly breathable. Jennifer
